Looking to change up your smoothie game? This easy Mint Chip Protein Smoothie is a fun and fruit-free variation that’s vegan, gluten-free, and keto-friendly. It’s made with extra veggies, but we promise, it has definite mint chip milkshake vibes happening!

Mint Chip Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle REBBL Mint Chip Protein
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen peeled and sliced broccoli stems
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients into the blender. Slowly increase to high speed for 30-60 seconds, blending until smooth.

  2. Pour into a big glass then top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and a sprig of fresh mint.
